Repetitive office work, done by software
Every company has tasks that follow the same steps every day: download a file, copy figures into a spreadsheet, send reminders, prepare the same report on Monday morning. We automate them, so they run on time, the same way every time, and leave a record.
We start by looking at how the task is done today and writing down each step, exceptions included. A task that takes a few minutes every day is usually worth automating. One that is different every time usually is not, and we say so.
Automated tasks run on a server, on a schedule or when something happens, such as an email arriving or an order being confirmed. Each run is logged, and when a step fails, the right person receives a clear message instead of finding a gap weeks later.
What it can look like
- 1Collect last week's orders
- 2Calculate totals by region
- 3Create the PDF report
- 4Email it to the managers
- 5Record the run
An automated weekly report. Press the button to run it.
What we deliver
Scheduled jobs
Imports, exports, reconciliations and clean-ups that run at set times without anyone starting them.
Event-driven workflows
Steps triggered by an email, an uploaded file, a new order or a status change.
Documents and reports
Reports, letters and summaries generated and sent to the right people automatically.
Approvals
Requests routed to the person who must approve them, with reminders and a record of the decision.
Logs and alerts
A record of every run and a clear message when something needs a person.
Typical projects
A weekly sales report
Figures collected from the order system every Monday, turned into a PDF and emailed to the managers before 8:00.
Payment reminders
Overdue invoices checked every morning, polite reminders sent in the customer's language, the log kept on the invoice.
Incoming documents
Supplier invoices received by email, read, filed under the right supplier and queued for approval.

How we work
Map the systems
We list the systems involved, which one owns each piece of data, how records are matched and what happens when one side is unavailable.
Proposal with a fixed price
We reply in writing with the approach (API, webhook, database or file exchange), the stages and a fixed price.
Trial run on a copy
The integration, automation or migration runs first against test data, and you check the result before anything touches live data.
Go-live with monitoring
Every exchange is logged, failures are retried when that is safe and reported when they are not. You receive the documentation.
Price and payment
Payment terms
We ask for 50% to start and 50% on acceptance. The second half is due before go-live and before the source code is handed over. Larger projects are split into milestone payments.
Every proposal states a fixed price for the work it describes, agreed in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, we send a new written quote and wait for your approval before doing the extra work.
Prices exclude VAT.
Questions about this service
Which tasks are worth automating?
Tasks that are frequent, follow clear rules and use data that is already digital. We look at the task with you and estimate the time saved before you decide.
Do we need new software for this?
Usually not. Automations work with the systems you already use, through their APIs, databases, files or email.
What if an automated step fails?
The run stops at that step, the error is logged and the right person receives a message saying what failed and what to do.
Can we see what the automation did?
Yes. Every run is recorded with its date, the steps completed and the documents or records it produced.

For Access, Excel, VB6, Delphi or older .NET software, you receive a free written assessment within 48 hours of sending the file.
- Make a copy, with test data if you prefer.
- Attach it to the form or to an email, ideally as a password-protected archive with the password sent separately. If you ask, we sign an NDA first.
- Within 48 hours: the assessment and a fixed price for a pilot module.
