Build
Custom business software, built around the way you work
Off-the-shelf packages ask you to adapt to them. We build business applications that follow your own process: the documents you issue, the checks you make, who approves what. They run in the browser on a proper SQL database, and the source code is yours once the project is paid in full.
A custom project usually starts from a process that already exists on paper, in email or in a few spreadsheets. Those documents describe the rules better than any specification, so we start from them, write down what we understand and ask you to confirm it before we build anything.
We build in stages. The first module goes live on your data and your staff use it before the rest is built, so the application is shaped by real use rather than by a document written months earlier.

What we deliver
A web application for your team
Screens designed for the work people do every day, with search, filters and layouts that also work on a tablet.
Roles, permissions and an audit trail
Each person sees and changes only what their role allows, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Documents and reports
Quotes, orders, invoices, delivery notes and summaries produced as PDF or Excel, with your numbering and layout.
Your existing data, imported
Customer lists, products and history moved in from Excel, CSV or an older database, and checked before go-live.
Documentation and source code
A short technical guide and the complete source code, handed over once the project is paid in full.
Typical projects
Order and stock management for a distributor
Orders entered once, stock reserved automatically, picking lists for the warehouse and delivery notes printed from the same record.
Job tracking for a service company
Jobs assigned to technicians, hours and materials recorded on site, and invoices prepared from the completed job.
Quotes and approvals for a sales team
Quotes built from a price list with discount rules, sent for approval above a threshold and turned into orders with one click.

How we work
A short written description
Tell us what the software should do, who will use it and which systems or data are involved. Existing spreadsheets, forms or screenshots help more than a long specification.
Proposal with a fixed price
We reply in writing with the scope, the technology, the stages and a fixed price. If something is unclear, we ask in writing before quoting.
A first module on your data
We build the part people will use most and your staff work with it before the rest is built, so the application is shaped by real use.
Delivery in stages
Each stage is tested before it goes live. At the end you receive the source code and the documentation, and we can take care of maintenance.
Price and payment
Payment terms
We ask for 50% to start and 50% on acceptance. The second half is due before go-live and before the source code is handed over. Larger projects are split into milestone payments.
Every proposal states a fixed price for the work it describes, agreed in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, we send a new written quote and wait for your approval before doing the extra work.
Prices exclude VAT.
Questions about this service
Why custom software rather than a package?
A package is often the better choice when your process is standard. Custom software makes sense when the package forces costly workarounds, when you pay for many modules you never use, or when the process itself is what sets you apart. If a package suits you better, we tell you.
How is the price set?
From a short written description we prepare a proposal with the scope, the stages and a fixed price for each. If the scope changes later, we send a new written quote before doing the extra work.
Who owns the software?
You do. The source code and the documentation are handed over once the project is paid in full, and we use widely known technologies so that another developer can take over if needed.
Can it run on our own server?
Yes. It can run on your server, on a cloud service you choose, or on hosting we arrange for you.

By email
riccardo@Send us a short description of the process and, if you have them, the spreadsheets or documents you use today. We reply within one working day.
Send us your file
For Access, Excel, VB6, Delphi or older .NET software, you receive a free written assessment within 48 hours of sending the file.
- Make a copy, with test data if you prefer.
- Attach it to the form or to an email, ideally as a password-protected archive with the password sent separately. If you ask, we sign an NDA first.
- Within 48 hours: the assessment and a fixed price for a pilot module.
