Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. Answer a few questions and we prepare the email for you. For legacy modernisation you also see an indicative range.

Fixed price
Each proposal states a fixed price for the work it describes. If the scope changes, we send a new written quote and wait for your approval.
Payment terms
50% to start, 50% on acceptance. The second half is due before go-live and before the source code is handed over. Larger projects are split into milestone payments.
Legacy modernisation
Free written assessment within 48 hours, then a pilot module, usually €1,000 to €1,500. For a full migration we aim for 40 to 60% below a typical agency quote.
Maintenance
A monthly fee agreed in advance, with what it covers written down before maintenance starts.
Project brief
Choose the kind of project, answer a few questions and add a short description. The email is prepared for you; nothing is sent until you press send in your mail program.

Frequently asked questions
Why no price list?
Two projects with the same name can differ greatly in effort. A short written description lets us quote a fixed price for your project rather than an average.
Is the range for legacy modernisation binding?
No. It is indicative, based on the same model we use for assessments. The fixed price comes with the free written assessment.
What does the fixed price include?
The work described in the proposal: analysis, development, tests, data migration where relevant, documentation and handover. Third-party fees, such as hosting or app store accounts, are paid directly by you.
Why can we not see a range for new projects?
Because we would have to invent it. We reply to your brief with a written proposal and a fixed price instead.
Why is the second half due before go-live?
Because acceptance comes first. You check the work on your own data against the list in the proposal; once you have accepted it, the second half is paid, the application goes live and you receive the source code.

- Make a copy, with test data if you prefer.
- Attach it to the form or to an email, ideally as a password-protected archive with the password sent separately. If you ask, we sign an NDA first.
- Within 48 hours: the assessment and a fixed price for a pilot module.
